Purpose of this Framework
The Psychological Leadership Maturity Framework (PLMF-01) provides organisations with a structured method for assessing their maturity in recognising, interpreting and managing cumulative organisational and operational strain. The framework assists organisations in understanding current capability, identifying maturity gaps and informing future implementation activities.
Framework Insight
Psychological Leadership maturity is not determined by the existence of support programs, wellbeing initiatives or workforce policies alone. It is reflected in an organisation’s capability to recognise indicators of cumulative organisational and operational strain, interpret their significance, communicate emerging concerns and incorporate those insights into leadership practice, governance and organisational decision-making.
